We are seeking a motivated sales representative to join our team at Casali ABM. As a key member of our company in the building material, waterproofing, and sport flooring business, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the growth of the company.

Main Tasks:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the building material, waterproofing, and sport flooring market
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building material or related industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

Interesting package: monthly salary + commissions on every sale.

Job reserved to Thai nationals only, age 22-55.

Good commands in English are required.

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดเพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์การขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดเตรียมและนำเสนอการขายให้กับลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
• บรรลุและเกินเป้าหมายการขาย

ความต้องการ:

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายโดยเฉพาะในด้านวัสดุก่อสร้างหรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
• มีพลังและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานด้วยตัวเองอย่างอิสระ
• มีรถ และใบขับขี่
• ความเต็มใจที่จะเดินทางไปเพื่อพบปะลูกค้าและการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
